Regardless where you work or what business you run, corporate wellness training is a must. Countless studies have already shown that this type of training does much more than simply improve employee health. It also has a drastic effect on morale and leads to increased productivity, ensuring that your company is more efficient than it ever has been.
A healthy workplace is undoubtedly a happier one, and allowing colleagues to workout together through their employer is a great way to keep them motivated, both at their desks and on the treadmill. Offering such a fitness programme to your staff has wider benefits too, such as helping them to stop smoking, stress reduction programs, and screenings for specific diseases or signs of stress. Eliminating these worries from your staff’s day-to-day lives is not only going to put them in better spirits, but it can also have business advantages, such as leading to a reduction in health care expenses.
A win-win all around, corporate wellness training is imperative for the modern day office to guarantee ultimate productivity, and a workforce that’s fit and healthy enough to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
No matter what your goals are, 1-on-1 personal training is for you. Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is one of the most innovative and exciting rehabilitation workouts in years. Any athlete – be it at a professional or personal level – is going to struggle with injuries at some point. Being prepared to deal with these as they come is essential, and this is where FST can be life changing.
Focusing on the fascia – specialised connective tissue that forms beneath the skin to support your muscles – this kind of therapy can help you achieve optimal levels of flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief, ensuring that you’re at your peak for any sport or fitness regime.
While many other forms of therapy focus on such an area, only FST works at a deeper level and has an affect on the joint capsule. As well as helping you recover faster and prevent injury going forward, FST can also assist with arthritis, those who suffer from chronic fatigue while also drastically reducing pain and improving your athletic performance.
No matter what your injury or ailment, FST is the answer to get you off the rehabilitation table and back in the gym where you belong.
We all want and and have the desire to get fit. Unfortunately, life has a way of stacking up countless family and work commitments which prevent a lot of us from training how we want to. This is why you need a mobile personal trainer.
Taking the struggle out of finding the time to visit an actual gym or attending a regular fitness class, taking advantage of a mobile personal trainer allows you to get in the shape of your life from your own home, garden, a nearby park or even your place of work. Completely designed to work around and for you, you’ll never have to worry about getting to the gym again: the gym will come to you.
Mobile personal training is also flexible enough to cater for any individual, regardless of their current circumstance. Be it new mums who want to train around their baby’s sleep patterns, those who work irregular shifts, or individuals who don’t feel comfortable attending the gym, a mobile personal trainer can change your life, no matter what position you find yourself in.
A mobile PT will work with you to put a program in place that caters for all your needs, resulting in the goals you want.
